My little one discovered her bathing suit today as I was cleaning and sorting through clothes. She proceeded to put it on and said:C: "I wanna go swimming in my swimming pool mama."
Me: "I'm sorry sweetheart, but it's winter-time. It's too cold."
C: "No it's not cold."
Me: "Touch the window, it's cold. And see the snow? That means it's winter. We can go swimming when it is summer and it is hot outside."
C: "It IS hot outside mama," she says, pointing to the window (in the picture), "The snow is melting."
LOL. This girl of mine. Sorry sweetheart, the 7 or so inches of snow are not going to melt that quickly!
So I told her she could keep her bathing suit on and when it was time for her bath she could play in the tub with it on. She had fun at first, but the suit came off about 2 minutes after these pictures because it was wet, ha ha.
I think someone is very very ready for warm weather.
