Isn't she a beauty? I think so. Finally, we have snow wet enough for a snowman so my daughter got her first experience building one. I had a lot of fun creating her as well. The snow is still falling and I'd guess we're at over 6 inches now. It is our biggest snowfall so far this winter and it is just beautiful. I had to take my pictures quickly as the snow was landing on my camera and I wanted to get it back inside. But I managed to get a couple. I just wish we had a hill and a sled, that would make this day perfect! In the meantime I'll just treasure the memory of our first snow-girl while I sip my hot chai tea. My toddler chose chai over hot cocoa today, ha ha. Love this girl. Here are a couple more pictures:
I wanted to get close to try to capture an individual snowflake but my lens just isn't close enough. One day I will get that macro lens!!
